    Each SHE Couture piece is made to order with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for creation before shipping.
    • U.S. Shipping: 3–8 business days
    • International Shipping: 2–4 weeks depending on your country’s customs and postal service.

  • How much is shipping?

    • Luxury Standard (U.S.): $9.95 (first item), $4.00 (each additional)
    • Standard (U.S.): $6.50 (first item), $2.00 (each additional)
    • International: $12.95 (first item), $6.00 (each additional)

    All orders ship in eco-friendly packaging with tracking and care instructions included.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the production process begins and we are unable to make adjustments.

  • Will I get tracking info?

    Absolutely. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your item leaves our studio.

  • Do you offer custom sizing?

    Yes! SHE Couture specializes in custom sizing. After checkout, we’ll contact you with a sizing form to ensure the perfect fit.
